Our Management Team

Harmon K. Fine (President and CEO)

Harmon K. Fine holds a Master of Public Health from The University Of Texas, Health Science Center at Houston, School of Public Health. He worked 11 years for the Research and Environmental Affairs Department of Texaco, Inc., as a Senior Industrial Hygienist in Houston, Texas. As an industrial hygienist, Mr. Fine was responsible for developing and monitoring programs in industrial hygiene for Texaco Latin America/West Africa, Texaco Marine Department, various Texaco Producing Departments both on and offshore, and Texaco Canada. Mr. Fine is directly responsible for developing the system for producing at Supply Pro the highest quality absorbent boom in the world.

Phillip J. Barron (Director of Operations)

Mr. Barron has over 45 years experience in manufacturing with the last 28 years involved in management. He brings to Supply Pro, Inc. disciplines in “Lean Manufacturing”, “Kan-Ban”, “Kaizen”, and “J.I.T. Processing (Manufacturing / Warehousing)”. Mr. Barron is a “Master Grad” of “Rapport Leadership Training” and uses these disciplines for further training of Supply Pro’s employees in “Lean Manufacturing Processes”. Mr. Barron is an interregnal member of the team taking Supply Pro from the “Mom and Pop” structure to a fully interegated “Lean Corporation”.

Scott J. Mitchell (Director of Sales)

Scott J. Mitchell has over 10 years of experience in the Spill Control industry. Mr. Mitchell brings to Supply Pro, Inc. an expertise in sales and marketing, logistics, lean manufacturing, and product research & development. He also brings strength in leadership as a veteran of the armed services and educated from the University of Maryland.

Uzair Qureshi (Director of Research & Development)

Uzair Qureshi earned his Master of Science degree in Textiles (Non-Woven Technology) from the University of Tennessee at Knoxville. He also holds a Textile Engineering degree (Weaving Technology) from Moscow State Textile University at Moscow in Russia. Mr. Qureshi co-authored numerous professional research papers on Melt Blown process including “Influence of Process Conditions on Melt Blown Web Structure: Fiber Diameter” and “Fiber Motion Near The Collector During Melt Blowing: Part 2-Fly Formation”. His research work is published in different nonwoven journals and has been presented at international nonwoven technical conferences. Mr. Qureshi joined our team in 2005. Mr. Qureshi’s interests are Melt Blown Process and Products produced by this process. He is currently Director of Research and Development for Melt Blowing and is the Melt Blown Operations Manager.
